Premium extra-large tiger prawns, also known as banded prawns, wild-caught from deep open seas. Their striking dark brown and reddish striped shells and oversized bodies make them a centrepiece for family feasts and dinner parties.
Flash frozen on the fishing boats to lock in natural juiciness. The thin but tough shells wrap thick, substantial meat that turns bright orange-red once cooked. Ideal for blanching, garlic steaming, spicy stir-frying, butter pan-searing or charcoal grilling.
