Whole brown crab, wild-caught from cold, clean deep ocean waters. Cooked immediately after harvesting and blast frozen at ultra-low temperature to lock in its natural sweetness, rich roe and succulent white claw meat.
No complicated preparation — simply reheat by steaming, baking or microwave. The large, sturdy shell is filled with creamy golden roe, and the thick claws are packed with firm, tender meat. Serve plain or finish with garlic butter.
